Yes, this kit is compact and made for indoor use. It does not include a grow light, so place it somewhere bright or add a light.

Check the water level buoy, the air pump and the plants every day or two, and test nutrient strength and pH regularly. Clean the box between crops.

With cleaning between crops the box and baskets can be reused many times. The air pump is the part most likely to need replacing over time.
