Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.
Growing guidance is general
Any growing guidance on this site, including which system, light or tent suits a space and how to look after plants, is general guidance rather than advice about your own situation. How plants grow depends on the variety, the light, the nutrients, the temperature and the care they get, so we do not promise particular growth rates or harvests. Measure your space before you order and read the product page in full, including what is and is not included.
Using hydroponic equipment safely
We supply the products and the parts that come with them; we do not install anything. Hydroponic systems put pumps, timers and lights near water, so follow the supplied instructions, keep plugs and adaptors off the floor and away from water, use a ground fault (GFCI) protected outlet where you can, and unplug equipment before cleaning or topping up. Keep children and pets away from electrical parts and nutrient solutions, and hang grow lights and tent equipment only from supports that can take their weight.
